When you place an order or sign up for our mailing list at Out of the Toy Box, we guarantee that your personal information will be kept confidential. It will not be sold, traded, or otherwise distributed to any third party or other individual or organization for any purpose whatsoever. We protect your information as though it is our own.

In order to process your purchase we will need your name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, billing phone number, shipping phone number and credit card number to process and ship your order. We will email you to confirm your order and keep you updated on your order status. If we have a question about your order, we may contact your by email or by phone. For example, we may call you to verify your credit card information on a large purchase. We do this for your protection.

So, how do I pay?

The fastest and simplest way for you to pay for your order from Out of the Toy Box is to use your credit card through our very secure payment system. We are pleased to accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

For those of you with a Paypal account, we are happy to accept payment for your order via Paypal. Just proceed through checkout and Paypal will be an option.

We understand that some of you may not yet be comfortable paying for your order on the internet. That's okay! We are happy to accept your credit card payment over the phone. However, at this time we do not have 'regular' phone order hours. Please send an email to us with your phone number(contact us). (Never email credit card information!!) We will call you as soon as possible and take your order over the phone. Once processed, your credit card information will be destroyed.

Okay, we understand that there may still be a few of you that are not satisfied with these options. That's okay, too! We are happy to accept money orders and personal checks sent by the good old United States Postal Service. All you need to do is place the items that you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. You will be given a total with shipping included. Select the payment option that you desire and follow the directions for printing your order and mailing your payment. Please keep in mind that it will take a good bit longer to receive your order this way, so be sure that this is acceptable for your needs. Your package will ship within 1-3 days of receiving your money order. Items that are paid for by check will be shipped 10 business days after receipt of the check.
