Shipping Information

Orders usually ship next business day (sometimes sooner)
Orders placed Friday 10 am Central Time through Sunday will ship the following business day (This includes expedited shipping)
When closed for a holiday your order ships next open business day.
Most orders ship from our warehouse in Mississippi via Fedex Ground and arrive within 3-5 business days
You will receive an email with tracking information on the day your package ships.
Please note: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be processed and shipped until the following business day (Monday). This applies to expedited shipping orders, too.
The day your package ships does not count as a day in transit by Fedex.

Ground delivery

We ship only to the contiguous United States, usually by Fedex Ground/Home delivery.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, Alaska or Hawaii.
Orders usually arrive 3-5 business days after shipment is released.
Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are marked as Special Orders. These items usually require additional delivery times as stated in the item description.

Expedited Service

We do not have an in-house charge for expedited service.
2-Day delivery service refers to business days only, Fedex does NOT count the day the package is shipped as a day.
- example: Order placed on Thursday afternoon will ship on Friday and be delivered on Tuesday.
Please calculate arrival time with this information in mind.
Expedited services are turned off near the time of major holidays and warehouse closings

Shipping Options:

Fedex Ground Delivery: Choose this option to have your package delivered to you at work Monday-Friday during regular business hours.
Fedex Home Delivery: Choose this option to have your package delivered to a residential address Tuesday-Saturday.
Fedex 2 Day: Guaranteed (by Fedex) delivery with 2 days in transit (no weekend delivery available with this option)
Fedex Standard Overnight: This expedited service will deliver your package in one business day by 3pm. Guaranteed by FedEx. Deliveries made Monday - Friday. (no weekend delivery available with this option)

The map above provides estimated shipping times for items shipped from our warehouse via FedEx Ground, and does not apply to special order items or express deliveries.

All items are in stock at the time of your order, but occasionally due to sudden increase in demand, we may not be able to fill your order immediately. In these cases we will be in contact with you to request your preference (ship when available, substitute a different item, etc). This is an extremely rare circumstance and will be handled swiftly and professionally to your satisfaction.
