Returns
Our returns policy is simple: we want you to be pleased with your item/s.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the original order date if:
The toys were purchased from OutoftheToyBox and order number is provided
The toy is new and unused with no signs of wear or use
Receive a refund for the merchandise amount less any appropriate shipping charges.
Shipping/handling costs and return shipping costs are not refundable. If your order received Free Shipping originally,
and the original order total now falls below the free shipping amount, the shipping expense we incurred in sending the original shipment will be deducted from your refund.
For your protection we recommend:
Pack carefully and use the original packing materials and box
Ship with insurance in case of shipping damage
Damaged and defective items
Defective or Damaged items must be reported within 10 days of the original ship date.

Shipping Information
Orders usually ship next business day (sometimes sooner)
Orders placed Friday 10 am Central Time through Sunday will ship the following business day (This includes expedited shipping)
When closed for a holiday your order ships next open business day.
Most orders ship from our warehouse in Mississippi via Fedex Ground and arrive within 3-5 business days
You will receive an email with tracking information on the day your package ships.
Ground delivery
We ship only to the contiguous United States, usually by Fedex Ground/Home delivery.
We do not ship to Po Boxes, APO, FPO, Alaska or Hawaii.
Orders usually arrive 3-5 business days after shipment is released.
Some items are shipped directly from the maunfacturer and are marked as Special Orders. The items usually require additional delivery times as stated in the item description.
Expedited Service
We do not have an in-house charge for expedited service.
2-Day delivery service refers to business days only, Fedex does NOT count the day the package is shipped as a day.
example: Order placed on Thursday afternoon will ship on Friday and be delivered on Tuesday.
Orders placed on Friday for expedited service will NOT ship until next business day, usually Monday
Please calculate arrival time with this information in mind.
